Aids In Preventing osteoporosis and strengthening bone density. Liquid Calcium-Magnesium is a great alternative to large tablets or capsules. This supplement is dairy-free and completely vegetarian. This easy-to-use formula is also well-tolerated during pregnancy. These are two different liquid formulas available, each offering a range of options. Vanilla Flavor: This option has a 1:1 Ca/Mg ratio and is recommended for all ages. This option contains equal amounts of calcium and magnesium. One tablespoon contains 500 mg of calcium and 500 mg of magnesium. Boron and Vitamin D are included to promote calcium absorbability. Strawberry Flavor: This option has a 4:3 Ca/Mg ratio and is especially appropriate for children. It provides a higher ratio of calcium to magnesium, in a base of Ginger, Fennel and Alfalfa. One tablespoon contains 240 mg of calcium and 180 mg of magnesium, as well as the vegetarian form of vitamin D.
